About Jasmine and their art,

 My photo Art embodies all aspects of life itself. Allowing a “peek” if you will, into the artist’s mind; my mind. Revealing a moment of clarity in the soul of the muse, but also in myself. As a black non binary woman I want to bring an awareness and an aliveness to our world through photography and art in general. I love the thought of ushering forth conversations; photography is an excellent source of satisfaction for me. I can bring topics to the forefront such as social or racial injustice, political issues or any topic that affects us all can be used to spark the discussion that can spark or create changes needed in our world and our society. 

I am a current Senior at Georgia state University, majoring in Art with Photography as a concentration. My mission as a creative is to embrace all feminine culture and to uplift and empower mainly BLACK WOMEN through my photos. Giving them a window of expression and an voice to be comfortable in who they are, showing that no woman is any less for being who she is destined to be. We are all just flowers waiting to bloom into our true selves.

It is my calling to bridge art and life and I am thankful that I was able to find myself in art and find my confidence to pursue the one thing that I truly love. I have become more and more emboldened to perfect my craft. I am excited to see what the future will hold for my photo art. I intend to travel the world taking photos and hosting exhibitions in order share my art with as many people as possible. Please stay tuned.
